We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance & Accounting to lead our Finance Department and serve as a key member of our leadership team. This role is responsible for overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, internal controls, compliance, audit coordination, and strategic financial planning.

The Director will provide leadership to our Client Accounting and Client Tax teams, ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information, develop and improve financial processes, and partner with executive leadership to support business decisions and organizational growth. This position requires both strategic leadership and hands-on financial management experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
10+ years of progressive accounting, finance, or financial management experience
3+ years of leadership experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
Experience managing audits, compliance activities, and accounting operations
CPA preferred

Position Summary

Payroll Management is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive new business development throughout New England. This role is responsible for generating new client relationships through networking, referrals, prospecting, and lead follow-up. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, identifying business needs, and helping organizations find solutions that improve efficiency and support growth.

What You'll Do

Prospect and develop new business opportunities
Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
Attend networking events and trade shows
Follow up on company-provided leads
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Work closely with onboarding staff to ensure a smooth client experience

Qualifications

3+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Driven, organized, and self-motivated
Professional presentation and consultative sales approach
Reliable transportation

Compensation

Competitive base salary: 70-80k
Uncapped commission opportunity
